Launched in 2001, Anchor Canada produces elegant and affordable editions of many of Doubleday Canada's hardcover titles, such as Mercy Among the Children by David Adams Richards (winner of the 2000 Giller Prize), Pierre Berton's beloved Marching as to War, Testament by award-winning author Nino Ricci, Michael Crummey's critically acclaimed first novel River Thieves, Kate Taylor's prize-winning Mme Proust and the Kosher Kitchen, the runaway international bestseller The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon, and The In-Between World of Vikram Lall by M.G.
