Why did I get a cancellation notice for my order?

Cancellation notices are generally sent when credit card authorization fails.  If you receive an order cancellation notice, please log in to your account https://ecommerce.randomhouse.ca/account.do and make sure that that the bill-to information matches the bill-to information for your credit card.

 

If it's not an exact match, e.g.,  if the postal code is off, the credit card authorization will fail. If all the data is correct please contact your credit card company.

 

If you find the data provided is incorrect, fix the errors and reorder your titles from your shopping cart https://ecommerce.randomhouse.ca/cart.do.
