Yorkshire-born Peter Robinson is the author of the Inspector Banks series, which has been nominated for or won numerous awards, including the Edgar Award, the Dagger in the Library Award, the Grand Prix de Littérature Policière, the Palle Rosenkrantz Award, and several Arthur Ellis best novel awards.
