To cancel an order: Click on the "account" icon in the top right corner of the screen. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to enter your id and password. On the "My Account" screen that comes up next, choose 'View Order History/Order Tracking.' You will be presented with a list of orders you have placed with randomhouse.ca. Find the order you would like to cancel. If the status is "Processing", you should be able to cancel it by clicking on the order number, and then clicking on "CANCEL ORDER." This will be displayed next to the Status if the order is still processing. Note: The "Cancel" button will remain on the order page as long as the status on the order is "Processing." As soon as our system ships the order, the status will change to "Shipped," and the order can no longer be cancelled.
